Good stuff. What a relief.
I'd tried numerous other fiber products but found most to be of very little help. My doctor suggested FiberCon and I decided to try it out. Since I've been using FiberCon everything seems to be working properly.

not working
I have constipation for two weeks and the doctor prescribed fibercon and citrucel to me. I bought fibercon in Walmart for 14.5 dollars. However, I didn't see any effect after taking for three days.

To test its' quality, I put a capsule in a glass of water overnight to see what it would do. I expected to see a glass full of fluffy bulk, but the next day there sat the caplet, looking exactly the same as it did when I put it in the water. I poked at it and it fell apart, and looked like a tiny pile of kapok, then I put hot water in it, it does not change very much!

I am very regretful to buy this product!

i have been using this product for a couple of years. i take some medications that have a tendancy to make me irregular, and this product keeps me up and regular..thanks..

Great product
These are easy to swallow and pleasant tasting, compared to others I have tried. I have been using these as a daily fiber supplement for years.

My favorite fiber supplement
I love this stuff... it does not give me gas like psyllium (Metamucil) fiber pills alone do. It is easy to swallow and cannot expand as easily in the throat like Metamucil capsules and create a choking hazard; just take a 2-4 of the small tabs with a glass of water. Since it contains orange, apple, prune and oat bran fiber in addition to the psyllium it is a balanced supplement, similar to what Brenda Watson recommends in Sprinkle Fiber - Fiber35 Diet system supplement. That one contains acacia fiber, but she has only large sweet chewable tablets of it available. Easy way to get soluble and insoluble fiber
After I found that I had diverticuloses, I searched for ways to increase my fiber intake. I have modified my diet somewhat, and now I take 3-6 of these fiber pills every day. It's hard to find supplements that contain both soluble and insoluble fiber, but this does, in a 50-50 ratio. Easy to swallow. You don't chew these. I prefer simply swallowing instead of a chewable. I have noticed a difference. Great stuff.

It does what it suppose to do!
This product worked just as stated in the review and description, you take it as directed and it does what it suppose to do, you can always adjust it according to your lifestyle since it makes you go to the bathroom few times a day. I didn't need to take more pills, with 2 in the morning and 2 at night was enought. It is a good product if you use it as directed and with care. It does causes some mild cramps to the abdomen area but hey it is working in your intestines so you can't expect not to feel anything. But overall it is good and I personally recommended to those that want to give it a try. I would be buying a new package for my aunt who suffers from constipation. Good luck all!

Great product with great price
Natures Secret colon cleanse is the best I have tried. I feel 100% better when I use this product. It has really helped get rid of the bloating and fullness. The price I paid on Amazon was truly affordable. I recommend this to all of my family.

We always do a spring cleaning with this product! Great results!! Try it you will like it. Not to harsh like some.

Didn't work as promised
I've been on it for a week now and I'm going to stop taking it. It does help to go softer, but I'm only going once a day now..instead of my usual 2 or 3. I took it because it promised a good cleaning out. I'm getting the opposite and this can't be good for me. I give it 2 stars because the pills are easy to swallow and I notice I sleep better at night. Something in it must be causeing that. Overall, I wasted my money.

Beware of This Product! Causes Melanosis Coli in Colon
Three different health store proprietors recommended Multi-Fiber to me many years ago. I faithfully took two tablets almost every day for ten years. I was satisfied with the results and thought I was taking care of my body. Just recently, I had my first colonoscopy, and was warned by my doctor that I needed to immediately stop taking any supplements with such ingredients as cascara (in Multi-Fiber) and senna. He showed me the images of my blackened colon and informed me of the harmful side-effects.
I feel as if I've been sold a false bill of goods and been lied to by health store operators and companies like Nature's Secret.
You better investigate the fiber supplements you are taking and protect yourself against the damaging effects of products like Multi-Fiber.

Draino for colon
This product works great. I was taking stool softeners everyday and wasn't doing alot of good. I ask a Herb shoppee what would be good and natural and he suggested Natures Secret Super Cleanse. It certainly make me feel better. I am very regular, now.

Not for Everyone!!
I started taking 1 Super Cleanse tablet twice daily just yesterday. I took one this morning, and today I've had probably 15 watery stools.. I know- too much information,- but this is not at all what I expected. Uncomfortable, and have to stay close to home...

It works. Nothing freaky came out of me. Just 8 pounds of waste. I feel better and have more energy. This is def a jumpstart to getting in shape. PEOPLE!!! GET YOUR INSIDES HEALTHY FIRST!!! Your general health starts on the inside.

Does what it says it does
I'd just first like to point out that I did not buy this product because I have digestive issues. I'm pretty regular as far as that goes. I purchased this product to compliment a total body detox/colon cleanse I did for five days, and overall, I was pretty satisfied with the results.

During the cleanse, I followed a strict diet of fresh fruits and veggies, brown rice, water and all-natural fruit juices only. The first day, I didn't notice any changes, and was worried the product wouldn't flush me out, but then I increased my dosage to 2 capsules twice a day, and that did the trick. I did experience some cramping (and gas - not sure if that's normal) with this product, but nothing that couldn't be tolerated, and with a four-per-day dosage, I was having 3-4 bowel movements per day, which is what I was hoping for for a really cleaned out feeling.

It's been a few days since my cleanse, and I'm pretty happy with the results. Not sure if it's because of this product, or because of the diet, but I would definitely use it again. I definitely feel like it cleaned out my colon, that's for sure.

Gentle enough for every day
Follow the directions and you will clean yourself well and feel better. After a week I back off to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening daily. I am confident there is no build up of waste in my intestines. No side effects.

Much better than liquid form
I actually ordered this to see if it would help reverse a frequent condition I have with loose stools. I had heard that taking extra fiber often does. Sense taking the Metamucil capsules, I seem to be almost back to normal but I can't really say if it is the result of taking the Metamucil or not. My only complaint is that you have to remember to drink lots of water or possibly suffer the consequences. Sometimes, I forget.

The price is right for a pill
If you want something that works better and costs less, get a tub of psyllium husk and chug away. The problem is that drinking husk it is not as convenient as taking it in pill form. Plus you don't gag with the pills. The down side is that for cholesterol lowering purposes, and to get moving, you need to take 6 a day. It all adds up over time, but 2-160 count bottles gives you over 50 days for under if you subscribe.

metamucil
this is a great product for people who need more fiber or for people who have diverticulitus, it keeps everything moving through.

Good Stuff
Good price on a good product. These taste good and are easy to eat and digest. I have not experienced any gastrointestinal issues, only positive results. A very esay way to increase your fiber intake.

Highly recommended fiber supplement.
Bought this together with a another product, Ultra Fiber, to see which would be a better fiber supplement. I found Fiber Choice to have lesser side effects. Ultra Fiber bloated my stomach even with only half the recommended dosage. Did not have the same problem when I used Fiber Choice.

Yes, FIBER CHOICE tablets taste good. Yes, they work VERY WELL! And,
unlike BENEFIBRE chewables, they do NOT contain three different types of sugar-substitutes, the combination of which is untried and untested, and could lead to disastrous results, (cancer, anyone?) Fiber Choice has two NATURAL, (as far as I know) sugars, (dextrose), the same as is found, (together with sucralose), in SPLENDA packets, and sorbitol. The flavour I have at present, (Assorted Fruit), also contains inulin, (a natural vegetable fibre), magnesium stearate, and natural flavours. Unfortunately it also contains artificial flavours, FD&C Red 40 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue 2 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue 1 Aluminum Lake, and FD&C Yellow 5 Aluminum Lake. Yikes! Could one drown in, (or get cancer, or Alzheimer's disease, from) all these "aluminum lakes"? Anything is possible...but since I do NOT intend to use this product forever...just until I lose enough weight so I can excercise more -- I will continue to take this product until I do! (And perhaps other varieties and flavours don't have as many artificial ingredients????)

FIBER CHOICE is not my only defense! The old stand-bys, prunes and prune juice, still work so well! Coffee, too, is great for contipation, (really!) -- and decaffinated works as well as coffee with caffeine. So does any fruit or fruit drink, (I make LOTS of home-made lemonade with MINUTE MAID LEMON JUICE). I also read, (on Amazon.com, in their health article of health tips from AOL subscribers), that LIGHT KARO SYRUP, in WARM MILK, also helps. Hmmmm....I love coffee with LOTS of milk! Yep, LIGHT KARO SYRUP, in warm cafe latte, (swallowed down slowly, with two FIBRE CHOICE tablets), does wonders!

Anyone familiar with DUAL ACTION CLEANSE, (which undoubtedly is all-natural, and undoubtedly works very well....but which is is also undoubtedly horrendously expensive!), and its TV commercials, is familar with the story of THOMAS PARR. He was born in 1485, and lived for 152 years! When he died, the King of England ordered an autopsy...and found Mr. Parr's colon to be clean as a whistle! But -- four hundred years later, in presumably "healthier" times -- the autopsy of poor John Wayne showed just the opposite! Quality product, taste's like candy too!
I have found this product to truly help my overall health, as well as my digestive system and consistent bowel movements. I must advise, the price is good on Amazon, but I would recommend that I bought it at [...](for 1 bottle, but it's a 220 count compared to the amazons 90). Just thought I would let that be known, but I still use amazon for most other things. Tastes great, only positive things to your health and immune system will come....and a bit of gas...
